Monitoring, coordinating Change Management processes
Organizing and chairing regular Operational Process Management meetings (incl CAB)
Handling management escalations regarding Changes
Preparing and analysing Service Management Reporting
Communicating intensively towards all persons / departments involved

Functie eisen

Experienced IT Service Management Process Manager (scope Change Management, Configuration Management)

Indept knowlegde of operational IT Service Management processes (Change Management, Configuration Management).
> 5 yrs hands-on experience in similar IT Service Management Process Management roles, especially experience as change process manager or change implementation coordinations
ITIL Certfication: preferably ITIL Service Manager V2/V3 or relevant practioner modules
basic technical knowledge

Strong communicator, managerial communication skills
Strong customer focus
Planning & Organizing talent, persistent
Pragmatic approach, with eye for detail

MUST HAVES:
Proves experience in Change Management, Configuration Management.
